Muddy Puddles!

Today some of the children went exploring in a muddy puddle! Jumping, stomping, running, through puddles not only provided gross motor development but also sensory regulation! Children explored their comfort levels with mess through this play. Some children were fully in the puddle whereas others were more comfortable on the outskirts of the puddle. Having the opportunity to explore in nature is so crucial and vital for a child's health and development!
